Liverpool City Centre Georgian Quarter Two-Bedroom Apartment

Great area to stay to access all there is to do in the city Positive: Location is great Negative: Note on door saying leak in bathroom so be careful when showering or could flood downstairs apartment. Only 2 mugs for tea in the morning and there were 4 of us. Kitchen not well stocked for 4 people Not particularly clean

Basic accommodation. Overpriced. Positive: Staff were very helpful when my child's disability pram was taken by building management, when we couldn't figure out the heating they sent someone out twice too. Negative: For the price it was a very basic flat. The iron is broken, there is no home comforts such as hair dryer, airer to dry your wet clothes, no scissors or even an oven glove. Would never have paid the price I did for such basic amenities. Kitchen had washing machine but no dryer option, was meant to have a microwave but didn't. Mismatched plates and cutlery etc. Had to dry clothes hanging up at the window, felt really embarrassed having to do this.

Great apartment for what we needed Positive: Great location, a bit further than we needed but saw a quieter part of Liverpool and found some nice places to eat, within walking distance. Comfortable beds, light rooms and clesn Negative: No parking facilities or a permit

Generally good stay. Good location. Value was best in town at the time due to local concert. Positive: Email on the day described the collect, new key box would be advantage as hook is broken, if key was dropped would be very hard to get back due to drop below Negative: Kitchen abit tired. Could not get coffee machine to work properly. Bath plug not easy to mange.

Pleasant surprise, would definitely return! Positive: - Very clean across entire apartment - Easy to access (~10 min drive from L1) - Good amenities including full sized fridge-freezer, oven, tea making facilities - No issues with the other apartments ie noise Negative: - Not the owners fault, but very warm and difficult to sleep due to this - Depending on which room you are in, it can be quite noisy due to the pub across the road - Owner was quite difficult to get in touch with prior to stay (tried whatsapp, booking.com, email etc)
