Ensuite shower couldnt use as too much surface water towards bedroom
Difficult with no door as friends sharing
Could do with rules for tv & rubbish disposal.
Pathway bit dangerous as overhanging triffid. Slippy leaves. No light in passageway at night until get to the house.
